Whenever required cosmetic changes to attract the highest standard of guests for serviced accommodation use, and we will take care of this free of charge.
Occupancy
We operate on short term basis but prioritise long term stays for high-quality guests, primarily targeting professionals visiting for work purposes and those relocating to our designated areas.
During this period of tenant finding, we pay you in order to minimise your void period!
Management of the property
We will take care of the management service that includes taking care of day-to-day operations, handling bookings, and coordinating cleaning and inspections via our dedicated care and maintenance teams.
End of Agreement options
At the end of the agreed term, we will discuss further options with you, to include contract renewal /extension, returning your property or the opportunity for us to purchase it altogether. Rest assured, this process is hassle free.
